How do you uninstall this from computer? I just installed it but it did not install properly. I can't uninstall it? My manual said to install the software first, then hardware. But it's the other way around.

They only made these 2 (the 960 and ES version) for 2 years. That's why they resell for so much now. These companies, especially Sony are all in on the failing streaming services being the 'future', so I doubt there will ever even be a 5 disc 4k changer
