Your right I have heard this and it's not a bad Moisturizer it leaves your skin soft and protects. I tried it and you just have to apply a tiny bit not too much.

I have it and it’s has a very bad quality. It’s like water. When I first put it on and I like it but then it made me itch my eyes so badly that I took it off and got back to the shop to make a complain about it. Sadly I didn’t get my money back and they said “your just a jealous girl because it looks so ugly on your face and no your not getting your money back” I’ve never thought that the shopkeepers would be so rude! I don’t recommend it! So throw it away because I did. VERY VERY MEAN SHOPKEEPER AND VERY BAD QUALITY!

I bought a similar "curl revitalizer" and had the same problem, except the one I got required you to apply it to damp hair, then dry or diffuse, but it'd always leave my hair "sticky" so it's nice to know what products to avoid cuz I was starting to think it was "user's error" until watching this video (some are just really bad lmao) 😅
