That's exactly what I was thinking. I don't even think they used an actual run flat tire. Another guy in the comments says he finds it much easier to change run flats than regular tires, which makes me wonder what type of run flats these guys are working with because my BMW M series run flats are quite difficult to both mount and dismount, so I understand you completely!
