It is quite amusing that Ray and Winston were together at the very same spot of the containment in 1984, to have them back in the same place again 40 years later… with both of them remembering the ‘good ol’ days’ as they, Peter, and Jenine close the containment system lever together on the latest antagonist ghost in GBFE… indeed, thee good ol’ days’… ❤️👻😎👍🏼
I imagine how the announcer could make it better Announcer: And did Ernie Hudson(Winston) catch the number of that ghost train ? Ernie Hudson: Sorry I missed it
Having just re-watched it, I still feel GB 2 (1989) falls under "not especially great, but not especially bad." 5/10 Will it keep you reliably entertained for 2 hours? YES. Will it offend you? No. Will you feel you wasted your time? No. Will you feel your intelligence has been insulted? No. But while the 1984 GB was a great classic, did the story GB 2 (1989) need to be told? NO. But just remember, it could have been worse! A lot worse! At least it wasn't the 2016 film! At least there was no annoying agenda!
Doesn't anyone wonder why Venkman had a anti psychotic knock out drug on him when he was planning on going on a date? Or that 300ccs was given when a typical hypodermic hold about 30? I know i know, he has a phd in psychology (although i dont know if that gives him a license to administer/prescribe med) and he could have left and came back (even though that makes less sense than him having it on him)
I watched this when i was a kid and i hoped there would be a like a badass ghostbusters at some point when i got older like a brutal and scary one with asskicking style ghost busting
