Beautiful model! I've tried replicating this paint job for years and the best I can come up with is gray primer with some flat black and different shades of flat gray weathering with a dry brush. I can never really get it pinned down, like you said-very elusive!
I have a 1973 Chevy Nova SS. I'm the second owner of the car. It has 66k miles on the car. I have to call BS on this owner. The 1973 NOVA SS came with a bench front seat, 4 speed Muncie transmission, 411 positraction rear end. I've owned this car since I was sixteen. When I came back from Afghanistan for the last time I put 20k in the motor {stroke it) aluminum heads... Bla bla bla... That's NOT an original SS. Send me the VIN AND we will know.
Bravo! looks great, I just searched to see if you can use nailpolish in an airbrush and your video came up. I'll eventually get around to modding some hotwheels too. Thanks OutKast!
