I got burnt out from various therapies in June and ditched all but the most important 3 for a few months. Mentally and physically it was the best thing for me. The most important thing I learned was treating both my good and bad leg with kindness which significantly changed how much pain I was in day to day.
Milly, love the openness and honesty. Remember it is a marathon and not a race. Rolling with the challenges that try to stop us in our tracks. Feeling the emotions and letting the tears flow.
