I still dont get how isn't the Avengers' fault even if they're the ones that cause loki to grab the tesseract, what he was supposed to do, not grab it. Even though if he didn't, anyone else could just take for themselves.
The entire point of the TVA was to prevent timelines that led to other Kangs. The avengers time travelling did not lead to another Kang but Loki time traveling did. That’s why they had to purge him, this whole trial was just song and dance to keep up the propaganda. Which would be very easy to understand if people had paid attention when watching the show
