The bottom always misses stitches for some reason but as i keep going it's fine the rest but the first 5 rows are always messed up

I know its a bit late but Temu has this tiny broken bit that tightens the yarn If you tap in sentro knitting machine you'll have it there

Ive recently bought myself a similar knitting machine like yours but bought it at a local store called "Michaels", iIn the states? And did attempt to make my first beenie as well only failed at it. What i need to know, please. Is how to fnish "tying off the tube once I reached the final row, plus my device, doesn't have the numbered or "row counter" like yours, does, i have read the instructions? But it doesn't quite specify on the "tying off" part. So please help. Thanks
