Hi! Thanks for the explanation. In my case I am able to include first name and surname within the User Provided data variable if I wanted to. But It seems like once you add those to the User Provided data variable in GTM you are required to enter the full address as well! It won't let you move forward if you don't enter anything in the address fields. Do you have any recommendations for this type of situation? Perhaps it is better to just send email and phone even if you have the name?
This was easy to follow and informational. If we're importing GA4 Key Event (form submits/calls) into AdWords, do we need to remove these conversions from AdWords after setting up the new enhanced conversions?

I had this doubt for long time Scenario : Let say I have Single page Application and developer have implemented page_view as dataLayer event I can see that dataLayer API call in history change when I preview the site. Now we have Google tag and GA4 event in GTM which tag should I use for page_view and how about enhanced measurement toggle in GA4(if i keep that enable two history change happening in preview mode and tag fired twice)and should I set send_page_view to true/false. Can I use Google tag and trigger as custom event page_view? Or do I need GA4 event tag for page_view

Why does no one show the NEW 2024 INTERFACE for Conversions in these videos with the Toolbar on the left border? This TAG is nowhere to be found in the new interface? This also shows when creating a new conversion. What about an exiting one where this option does not appear??
Hello! great informative video! i made all the steps and i have my user_id in event setting and i see it GTM, however when its fired i see user_id event as an event only in GA. i dont see the actual userid in user properties in debug view. Pls help!
Thanks. I followed your steps and finally able to send email and phone number values to google ads in the user-provided data. 'em' field is also populating hashed values. The problem is, google ads is sending hits on "purchase" event rather than on custom event "cf7_submit". My site is on Wordpress WooCommerce, do you know why a purchase event is being triggered on the form submission and how do i stop that from happening??

Hi how is the user id being pushed into the cookie named user_id? Is that automatically happening? Or are you pushing that using custom HTML or some other method?
