You can tell Tina was enjoying every minute of this video shoot because she never had that fun and peace in her life with Ike. . She lived and walked on egg shells with him every day for years. She knew that in that moment he couldn't hurt her and had to show passion and look at her in her eyes as an individual not as a punching bag. 😢

If Lawrence Fishburne and Angela Bassett didn’t star in What’s Love Got To Do With It, Debra Wilson and Orlando Jones could have.👍🏽 It would’ve been more funnier!🤣😏
I love her HBO documentary. I still have it. She said on the documentary that this is the first time she met her dear friend & longtime manager, Roger. Amazing song. So lively & they were on fire 🔥 RIP TINA ❤👑

The drummer is Richie Hayward of Little Feat. To hear Bill Payne tell the story, he was working with Ike in the studio until Ike got crxazy and kept Ritchie as a literal prisoner in the studio feeding him coke with a gun on the mixing console for a couple of days, totally whacked out, when someone comes in and says they're headed to the Kirshner show. Hayward was zonked out and terrified, and nobody told him what the numbers were, so he just counted it off and did his best.
