the operator code is only for cormercials u can register with your company and then u get a Account for the app, the launcher is only for Company peoples and Adminestrators not for consumers
please bring it for consumers! (or even an optimized version based on Max Plus X for consumers) Big full-rubber tires, front suspension, indicators, phone holder with wireless charge function, swappable battery, unlock with app on phone or NFC card, Bluetooth connectivity, anti-theft protection and easy to maintain. This scooter has everything I need or all we need. I don't care about this can't to be folded and about 30 kg weight. We need innovation in the highly competitive e-scooter market for consumers (like in Germany and around Europe) and the Max Plus X (or optimized version for consumers) would be the perfect solution!

the security design is what I am looking for,my MAX had been stolen while Im on vacation,and having to see this upgrade makes me wanna gamble my money again,and this time with insurance too.
net weight 27,5kg too heavy, only 55km mile range, in summer real mile range 55km -33% = 35km , in winter real mile range 35km -50% =17km too little and canot fold, i think nobody want it, we need better mile range not worse mile range.
