at the 2:58 mark, the rust on that car, we haven't seen that much rust, since they made the annual vehicle check mandatory, back in the 80's here in the Netherlands. this just can't be from 1 year
I think you should have machined them for a smooth surface and got them ventilated. Not realistic but informative. In GT3 RCF car, the brakes heat up to 800C.. insane engineering goes into these performance rotors.

Nice- great fabrication,machining- metalworking, welding skills.. But why an e-scooter? but for all that ground-up effort and ingenuity the conveyance should have big wheels and a long-travel suspension, You know, a dirt bike. Nothing wrong with a pig on steroids I guess, if a 'roid raging piggy is what you want.
@PikachuG5 They use 6 different types that I know of. Cast Iron, Steel, Layered steel, Aluminum, High Carbon and Ceramic rotors. Aluminum can't be be reused. Once damaged they are done for unlike other types of rotors.
