This is so true, for example. I eat about 5-6 cups of salad, usually kale, arugula, and romane, with avocado or hard-boiled egg. Along with 6-8 Oz of red meat, fish, or chicken. That keeps me satiated for 24 to 48 hours. Typically, I will only eat one time a day around noon.
