🩷Welcome to my vlog! Here, you'll find a mix of music, video games, and dealing with mental illness 🩷
🖤🩶 I am starting to share with everyone my issues and struggles with mental illness. I particularly have a diagnosis of bipolar type 1, panic disorder, and agoraphobia. I am compiling these videos into their own play list. Since my goal is to foster a generation who have humility, feel free to reach out to me with any questions🩶🖤

I love reading everyone's comments! Maybe I'll figure out a way for the comments to be read out. There has to be a way to do that with a disability for the blind? You crack me up, Walton. I'm totally stealing a clip of your excitement for my shoutout lol. That's cute!
It's just so much to keep up with! Hair wash day looks great, but trying to get those curls to plump back up after sleeping on them is a challenge. I wear a bonnet when I sleep, but I haven't quite figured out how to get my hair looking great the next few days after washing it. Plus it's very thick and it's getting longer. So it's a lot of maintenance. It's not as bad as having to straighten my hair, but at least I know it will stay straight-ish for a few days. My hair is a whole ordeal in itself 😆
I can't actually link to outside websites from RU-vid. It's is on my opening picture on this video. It's a little small, but that's the best I can provide at the moment.
It's interesting isn't it!? The more you know 🌈🤚 You might consult with an orthodontist to see if there may be options to help with correcting your bite. Cognitive behavioral therapy may be an option too. It's better to correct it if you are younger rather than order because it has left my jaw and joints disfigured. I would definitely ask your parental figures if they could look into options for your treatment since it is actually considered OCD.
@@SadUkuleleTimeHeya hilda, I've just thought that this reminds me of a Disney short film called Lava, you should do a cover of it. It's a really touching film to watch. Just a thought 😉👍🥰
There is SO MUCH GOOD out there too! It just doesn't make the news. Very sorry for your losses. We do need to be more kind to one another and choose goodness and happiness over bad. Hope you are OK.
It doesn't have any pest as far as I can see. It could be that the last time I fertilized it may have been overboard. So maybe that might be the issue. I know I'm going to need to start trimming it back. But that's also scary! I'm not sure how to do it properly!
What kind of light does your monstera get? It could need more light if there is a lack of it. If the soil is moist for two weeks after watering, then you may need to downsize the pot. My first thought is it being not enough light. 🤔
@@jonathantomaras6893I have a grow light on it that stays on for 8 hours. So it's definitely getting enough light plus it's next to my window to help. I know it doesn't need a new pot, I changed the pot last year. I also use a moisture detector and I have always left it on the dryer side. I also know that old leaves eventually die, but not several all at once. The only thing I can think is that it's just reached to high. I'm thinking I'm going to cut it down a little, but that's super sad!
@@SadUkuleleTime alright was thinking it might have to come to that, but didn't want to suggest it. 😭. I know some people who would keep their plants under grow lights for 12hrs, but idk if that would make much of a difference with it next to a window already as it is. Good luck, and I hope it behaves a little better for you. 🙏
I enjoyed this and I'm here for it. I agree with everything you said, especially the part about society taking people's emotions seriously. Emotions are the reason that people are walking into schools with weapons. Emotions are the reason that riots happen. Emotions fucking matter.
Thank you for listening. It's not easy to speak up about having mental illness, which makes it more difficult for people to try to get help. So many people are misinformed about issues surrounding mental illness and I think that's something that needs more clarity for people without mental illness.
Sorry for your pain. If I could hope to say something helpful it would be this: Focus not on the ugliness. Recognize the difficulties, but try to always have something loving to offer another. That can change the world. You are a lovely young woman. I suspect that you have much to offer the world. Warmly.
Im so sorry you are going through so much 😢 I agree with you that the world needs more kindness 🕊 blessings to you 🙏 🕊 i pray things get better for you 🙏 ❤️
Sending air hugs, and I'm sorry things are so tough right now. You've experienced tremendous loss. Take care of yourself. Thank you for sharing wise words.
Sweetie,,,i hope u ok ..i recently almost drowned in river with my son..AND 3 days later I HAD A MASSIVE PANIC ATTACK ,, Girl,,,i thought i was having a heart. Attack. .try to calm down .and dreathe into paper bag ..it does help 😢
I have panic attacks similar to this a few days every week. I have specific triggers, but sometimes they come from nowhere. Most of the time, it takes around 30 minutes - sometimes up to an hour - to get out of this state, even with the addition of my prescription medication. I don't think that a lot of people see actual panic attacks and what this disorder looks like. That's why I decided to start recording. There is a stigma surrounding these mental illnesses, which become physical illnesses as well. People can actually die from panic attacks due to several physical changes that occur during an attack. Overall, fatality is rare, but there is a correlation in people with PD developing coronary heart disease. This is why many people experiencing them, especially for the first time, feel like they are having a heart attack. There is a generation forming with pure ugliness and a lack of realism. I've seen many of my friends and family become terminal due to their illnesses, which is something I hope to spread awareness of as well. I have been very private about my daily struggles. Still, until people start to speak out more about the struggles of dealing with mental illnesses, the stigmas surrounding them will continue. There is more awareness these days, which is good. However, there still needs to be much more understanding from the general population. Part of these illnesses is the shame that comes with it and the difficulty of telling the world that we have a diagnosis of mental illness. It keeps people from having steady employment and creates a disability that is less likely to be recognized as such. I don't expect to save anyone by sharing my experiences. I hope to bring a spotlight to the battles that specific individuals deal with on a daily basis. I was diagnosed officially at 19 years old. I'm amazed I've made it this far. Despite what I try to depict to the world on the outside as an average human being, I am denying the true picture of who I am. It's time to start the conversation.
Was this at the Baltimore Soundstage? If so, I was at that show, and was just a few people down from where this video was taken. AKC and Bloodywood were both insanely good.
I have been following them since they released Ari Ari. They are only going up! I can't wait to see what's next for them. So proud of their success!! Wonderful people!
