Hey guys, what you’re doing is super cool. To make your videos a bit better you should try wireless mics or even corded ones. It’s kind of hard to hear you. Super cool though, keep going.
I like to study outside of country when get scholarship so when there scholarship please invite me and feel happy when I watch video RU-vid I like so much.
Do it! I enrolled Fall of 1979 arriving on campus NEVER having been to Florida before. Over 4 years I experienced challenges that any undergrad anywhere would face and graduated in 1983. I'm now retired and collecting a pension from a career that the Fla Tech B.S. degree credential helped me land.
I graduated in 1983. In 1981 I witnessed the first space shuttle launch while standing on Babcock Street outside of the southgate apts. It's amazing to see how much the campus has grown over the decades since I left. Back then the founder Jerome P. Keuper could be seen on campus and there was a live peacock that lived near the footbridge leading to the dorm quad.
I attended1979-1983. At the time the campus was maybe half the size itis now and the founder Jerome P. Keuper could be seen walking around campus with a broad grin and ever present bow tie.
My wife and I are both Florida Tech graduates we met in undergrad and have been married for 14 years. My aerospace degree was super hard but very rewarding. I end up making lots of friends that is still in touch with me to this day. If you like science and engineering, this place is going to feel like home.
Our son is in his second year at Florida Tech and simply loving it! He is a double major aerospace engineering and chemistry with a minor in music. We couldn't have wished for a better school. Our daughter will be joining him this fall with a major in applied mathematics data analytics and a possible double major in astrophysics with a minor in music. Thank you, Florida Tech!
The only problem with this approach is that if you transfer to another college they will not take your classes. My son transferred from Aerospace Engineering at Florida Tech to Texas Tech (state school) and he lost 1.5 years of classes. They would not transfer any of his engineering classes because they were not the “same”. On the other hand, even though he had to repeat them, he was prepared. Just be aware that state colleges will not transfer the classes and you will have to pay.
‘07 PsyD grad here - followed by a PsyD grad I supervised when he was an enlisted tech in the military, followed by an upcoming PsyD grad (fall 2024) who started as an intern with me and then worked for me, and now my son is looking to tour the campus and is very interested in FIT.
My dad was the head of Army ROTC from 1972-1976 and an alumnus ('73 MS, '75 MBA) and I earned my BS in Aviation Management in 1990. It's interesting to see how FIT has grown over the last three generations. Ad Astra!
I graduated in 1983 and have visited the campus maybe 2 or 3 times since...It has almost doubled in size. There is an entirely new section of campus on land that used to be a small pine forest area.
