You download hp smart app and connect your printer by following steps and there you can scan the paper from printer to directly to your mobile/laptop Note- printer and mobile/laptop should be connected to same wifi

@@lincybejoy8918 have you selected the correct printer. ? If documents are more you have to wait for sometime then it will print other wise you have to call customer care .
