I prefer to use fondant and add cmc to it if needed. Fondant and cmc works out a little cheaper usually, at least where I have searched. Also I usually have fondant on hand and gumpaste rarely. But you can use either.
Hi Shireen, I am based in Germany, so I can't really say. But you can try Amazon, maybe they have it. If you check the video description, you can find a link there to Amazon for this mould. Just not sure it will be the same for US, but you can try. I wish you good luck in finding it😊

I always grab a few extra just in case, as it's happened to me many times that the avocado is already brown inside. 🙈
The sesame oil really gives the soup a extra yummy flavor. I used cucumbers out of my garden. I enjoyed the flavors the dill. I cut two slices of Butterkase cheese. Also had a nice glass of white wine. Thank you for something special I had never had before.
Yes, I completely agree with you on that! I love the flavor of sesame oil and have started using it to garnish vegetable soups, as it gives a nice nutty flavor. you know what? plz don’t hate me ahahahaha but i came here almost expecting to see some sort of ‘carbonara’….but you NAILED it🎉🎉🎉 THIS IS IT😂 I live in Italy, i know what i am saying….but you wouldn’t believe how many publish awful stuff, even some restaurants are using cream and curry in this, which i really consider a crime especially doing it in Italy :))))))
Hey there, your comment really made me smile 😊 Thank you for your honesty. 💖 If I’m absolutely honest, I was one of those doing the crime. 🙈 I never actually thought about how it is made until I tasted one that was properly made in an Italian restaurant here in Dortmund. Shortly after that, my sister studied a semester abroad in Trento, and I decided to use this opportunity to try to get the original recipe. She had two Italian roommates, and one of them was kind enough to share how her family makes carbonara. I tweak the recipe as little as possible, and man, did it taste good!! 😋 Super creamy without the cream and the salty, crunchy guanciale adds so much flavour. 😋 I'm salivating just thinking about it. 😅 Also, this was when I learned about pecorino. I always used parmigiano, but the flavor is different. It's a shame we can't really get guanciale here, but next time I travel to Italy, I will get us some and freeze it for the carbonara. Never in my early years would my mother make this without minced meat, i guess we were no vegans in those days. Protein was a great way to get nutrients, there were no tablets to compensate lack of protein
We also never make this without minced meat. That way, it is very filling, just as it is😋 I think protein is still a great way to get the required nutrients and I don't believe in tablets when it comes to this😉
May i get the information where to find these in Finland. I was born there more than 60 years ago, and i dont know what this is. For me, its more like a Pirogi from the east, not Finland
Hi there, most of the big grocery stores sell them. They are called peruna rieska in Finnish 😊 They are really more like flat breads, you can eat them like bread with various toppings or serve them along salad or soup😊
