The whole fact he was willing to give up his ship for Emma shows so much how much he cares for and yes, even how much he loves her. He was literally willing to give up one of the one things in the world that he loved. On of his most prize possessions!
For number nine when they kiss the way Emma kinda just falls into his arms. And just hook is so in love with Emma it is unreal. Also I think we all need someone to look at us the way hook looks at Emma. Again he is just so in love with her.
