As a little girl between the ages of 7 and 11 (1963-1967) I lived in Turkey. Even though where I lived was more toward the Mediterranean side of the country, they seem to be more toward the Moroccan side in decor. I still have the camel saddle footstool my mother and father bought me. I love the Moroccan decorating because it is a connection to my past that I cherish.
It is 3:30 am and i can't sleep so i was looking for bakoor scents and came across you and you made me laugh with you making love to your good smelling oud rose scent. Thank you
Loved your video, you made me proud of my country. I subscribed instantly. You have an amazing taste too. Btw, The Arches in spain are 100 percent moroccan and arab, as we conquered them for 400 years. South of spain feels like Morocco. They kept all the remains after they won the war at the end, hence the color and arch influence.
I’ve traveled solo within the US and really enjoyed myself. Traveling solo internationally would be out of the box for me but I’m open to it. Thank you for this topic and for tips. Hiring a tour guide makes me feel a lot more comfortable with solo trips abroad.
I felt this in my spirit. I grew up Catholic , became a Christian, but ive always had a problem with religion, it does not sitbwell with my spirit. I belive in God, i pray, but you wont find me in church, thats here i run into the most judgemental people and i got tired of it. So this episode was refreshing, i really enjoyed it the discussion
I truly enjoyed this episode. Eventhough i was not divorced i can relate to a lot of what you were talking about. As i mentioned i was not divorced but my husband suddenly passed away from a brain aneurism. I had gotten married young , at 32 i found myself a widow with 2 young kids. So raising the kids consume my life, so when they went to college and were on their own i had to heal and find out who i was. I went from being my mothers daughter to my husbands wife to my kids mom, all of a sudden i was going through an identity crisis. I agree with you, its important to know yourself, find yourself, and take care of yourself and thats what i have done, still a work in progress, but the journey continues. I am eating better, i am loosing weight, i am doing things that make me happy, i travel more. I love me these days and i want to live my best life , unapologetically fly, finally living for myself. Thank you for sharing this
I love this video! What a beautiful and inspiring woman you are. I'm not African, but I often joke that I'm African on the inside. 😉 I am heading over to Togo, Ghana and Benin in 3 months! Could you provide the details of the spas and venues that you featured in your video? They look incredible, and the food looked amazing. I will be close to that area, as I want to visit Kakum National Park. Like you, I really want to support the community while I am there, so I will be getting all of my treatments in Africa!
Hey! Thanks for watching and commenting! The hotel is Bridgeview. And the other was Lemon Beach. We did a spa treatment near Accra with Ma'ati Spa. Have a wonderful trip! Sounds so awesome.

I enjoyed this video and can relate. I grew up going to a baptist church. I’ve always felt that Christianity was a religion that was forced upon our ancestors, and let me just say that I don’t have an issue with Christianity. I just have always sensed that there was just more for me to learn from more of a spiritual aspect.
Everything you’ve said is the absolute truth. So many of us know this but don’t openly discuss it a lot. Glad you found this video. Thanks for watching!
I have met some wonderful women from across the country in our travel group. It's amazing how quickly you can form bonds! We usually spend anywhere from 6 to 10 days with each other and I find myself missing my new friends when the trip is over. What I love about meeting women in the travel group... You find those that are into health and fitness, those who love fine dining, those who love to shop, those who can spend hours in the museum. I love that we have a variety of interests 🤗
