Great work. I'd love to be even a quarter of what these guys are. Red had great poise and defense. Blue was active & good technique. Both use their body frame well.
My friends, this is the first compilation video I'm dropping which covers all the BEST Boxers from 106-138 LBS and I will say it was interesting to put together. I can see how my technique has improved over time, I can see how I had a bad mic in the past that I wasn't aware was bad (lol) and all sorts of stuff. Hope you guys can enjoy it though and for new viewers, WELCOME & Let me know who stood out to you below!
As my coach once said, "If you're afraid of throwing a jab, move your head out of the centerline!" You will get hit and countered every time you throw a punch if your head stays in the middle. When you get countered repeatedly, you will become nervous about throwing punches.
i dont understand why your in golden gloves if your not gunna have ring iq, carlos like to move forward, whenever someone played on the backfoot carlos struggled, when carlos rushed to them when they moved away his hands were down, these are things u need to understand when signing up to be in a world wide tournament.
Blue should’ve been taken out of the ring or coached for a quick second because He’s wasn’t listening. Just pointlessly getting hit with the same shots.
Blue short should rely on his jab more and mix up his attacks qbile changing levels and re shorts should work more on head movent bro took so manu shot that could have easily been avoided if he move off center line great spare tho 👏👏
