You have to get a job contract or offer letter first then your employer or you have to apply for work permit, WP usually receive from Ireland government.

Does masters in business analytics or finance will come under critical skills as I'm planning for masters right after my graduation also does work experience matters as you said in one of your videos that even after 7 to 8 years of work experience people don't get a job does work experience really matter or one can get job after masters without work experience also ?
so far I know, yes. However being experienced it doesn’t mean will get ASAP because your skill is specific and to be matched first and also your pay grade will be higher than fresher. Therefore if you really pose demanding skills you may get it 👍🏻

My husband got critical skills , And VFS done May 29th, and received msg from vfs saying that passport has been dispatched to delhi embassy on May31st it’s been nearly 2 months till now no update.
