Hello, I’ve been a bearer for some time but am new to wire. I have a question regarding the wire you used in the tutorial-is the wire dead soft or half hard? Do you need to work hardened the wire with the heat of your finger if it’s dead soft wire. I have been using German Style wire which is tempered in some way. I was told by an instructor. I must say, my wire working has gotten better and I really like the German wire. Will the wire you are using hold up over the test of time. Especially because some people figit with their jewelry- pulling on. Thanks for any info. I’ve watched other wire tutorials and I really like your teaching style and how you explain everything in detail. You are a great teacher! And your children sound lovely. 👵🏻❤️😇🥰
This is a great tutorial. Camera zoomed in so we can see everything the lady is doing. There was no annoying background music, and her voice was clear and easily understandable. 👏👏👍🏼👍🏼🥰🥰🥰
I’m just getting into jewelry making so I hope this isn’t a stupid question. Why are you cutting your wire to 4” then cutting so much off after you’ve wrapped the wire? Seems like a waste to me.
Sooooo many wasted clippings of unused wire. I hope creativity will direct those watching to put those unused snips of wire for other ideas. This is definitely not a lesson in efficiency. If this video included lengths of actual needed wire, based on bead diameter or drill hole length, and the diameter of the loops and number of coils to secure the bead, THAT would've been more useful. Why suggest a 4" length of wire if you're gonna snip off so much after making each link? It implies that beginners have gigantic fingers and/or dexterity issues, and/or have no problem wasting wire. 🤔
Oh my gosh....I am so happy to have found you!!! I am a complete beginner to jewelry making, but watching you has given me confidence that I can do this and really enjoy my new hobby! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART !!!
May the Holy Name of God be ever praised, blessed, adored, glorified and loved by all creatures in Heaven, on earth and under the earth and by the Sacred Heart of Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar. (This is the Golden Arrow Prayer).
People who use OMG or Oh my God are not being respectful to THE HOLY NAME OF GOD. It is a habit acquired thoughtlessly but I don't think God is pleased with this. Ever heard of the Golden Arrow Prayer????
