John's voice is perfect in this song. I was listening to this song in 1980 in nyc and during Monday Night Football a news flash came on. The rest is history. I 3:49 3:49 miss him still and I'm 71
"Un edit" Version ?¿ Aaah... No. Mucho edits ! But hey... Something a bit different anyway. Check out the John Lennon/"Cheap Trick" version of this song. W/ Rick Nielson & Bunny Carlos, & Tony Levin on Bass ( Which John called originally for this song) It's Raw, tight & Mo badass than any other version I've heard Yet version on Double fantasy chosen by Yoko. But @ some point, late 80's early 90's Yoko wanted the "CT" version released officially. & a video released. During the original sessions, Rick gave John a Fender Tellecaster W/ a Parsons/White "B-Bender" John was fascinated with. @ the time the video was made, Yoko presented Rick with that Tele back saying something to the effect of, John would love for you to have this back. Much more to the background of this, But I'm not much for comments on social media.
@@stephenparker3291 Well, if she, indeed, said that she was right. At that point, none of them needed each other. The time as a group had exhausted its creativeness and it was time to go on in different paths. But, Yoko did not breakup the Beatles. The Beatles broke up The Beatles - time broke up The Beatles - money broke up The Beatles - artistic differences broke up The Beatles - lawsuits at Apple Records broke up The Beatles, but Yoko did not break up The Beatles. You give her a lot of power by saying she did. And, if she did then as John said on The Dick Cavett Show, “Give her the credit for all the good music made by Ringo, George and Paul since The Beatles broke up.” Paul is NOT god - even though he thinks he may be. And, what he says is not sacrosanct. Furthermore, he needs to stop it with this “Got Back” tour and retire for good because he sounds awful and he’s got other musicians doing the things he used to be able to do.
Wow. I'd freak if I met that John! Totally insane.....good job!!! Is this face changing tech or makeup and the real deal?? Looks very much like him and mannerisms are very on spot as well.
Very good! You look just like him and the mannerisms are spot on. But surely your 1964 depiction was actually John at Shea Stadium in 1965? Should have gone for John in his reefer jacket from the front cover of ‘Beatles For Sale’ or the classic roll neck John from ‘A Hard Days Night’! 👍🏻
What I liked most about the Beatles was their pictorial history, and John especially. When he'd curl his hair, grow a mustache, and put on little round glasses he'd look like a different person. From '67 onward you wouldn't see the early mop-top John at all. Just the round glasses would change him into something else!
Looks exactly like the seventies John, very much like the early sixties John, just the 64 to 65 John is too slim... Good job with the mimic and gestures!
You look and act just like Lennon. You could be considered his clone. Lennon will forever be my favorite Beatle. Why? Because he was the most interesting and entertaining one, in my opinion!
