If you all were honest and not clouded by your incessant need to be a victim or saviors of said victims, then you would see that throwing more money at these , often self inflicted, problems stem from a wildly degenerate culture.

so woke. even after over 50 cases of plagiarism, the point still made is about racism. if that's not race hustling, i'm not sure what is.

please explain what "Culturally competent and Responsive community" actual is? These so called DEI experts do not explain what this actually is they just repeat platitudes and fluffy language and keep repeating the term "Culturally competent and Responsive community" its obvious this is a racket !!!! this is a political ideology this is NOT education at all!!!!!

Well yeah if you know someone who has had a significant amount of weight and has lost it you are more interested. I'm interested in wanting to get my hands on this book myself automatically since I understand that it's out. It's not like Katie Hopkins who just says eat less and move more - who purposely stuffed her face to gain the weight to prove a point. It's life - and the struggles that have contributed to weight gain. Not I'm going to stuff myself and now watch me loose it. Anyone would want a relatable authentic person to be interested in hearing about their diet and weight loss journey

My dad loved this bakery, and he visited often with his siblings as children. I remember stopping in occasionally on the way home from BHS in the late 70s. What a sweet memory! Your customers clearly love you, and I wish you the best. Enjoy Greece and try to rest a bit. God bless you! ❤❤❤

What about people like me who overeat not only because of the necessity to finish everything on the plate but also because of the inability to satisfy the craving? This happens to me quite often. Whenever I eat something very tasty whether it is home-cooked food or food from outside, I eat till I almost feel like I am going to burst... like there is no tomorrow! Then again, I regret it later, more so when my tummy hurts. And if any of that food is left over and in the fridge, I cannot wait for the next meal time to eat it. I have been overweight since my childhood and I am 35 now. My parents were always shocked about the amount of food I ate since I was a kid. They told me that once I ate an entire pot of chicken curry alone when I was just about 8-9 years old (my mum cooked it for 2 meals!). I have never ever seen a slimmer version of myself not even in any of my childhood photos. I have tried several diets and exercises but I fail every time. And I don't even eat sweet food because I don't like it and most of my overeating happens with homecooked food. Last year, I worked on myself with the help of a dietician and I lost 15 kilos but after gallbladder surgery which happened 5 months ago, there was a break in my workouts and now, I am gaining back all the weight I lost. I don't know if Doctor Ramani will see it because this was posted a long time ago but I hope someone who reads my comment might see a pattern or recognise the cause of this.

Iam an observer only & not judging. Dr Ramani alone with her viral compaign have changed alone thousands of mind in how ppl will affiliate to mental health..to ppl who have disorders,to ppl who are basically sick...I never saw empathy or compassion in Dr Armani podcasts ever as most mental health expert have sorry. My question to true & genuine psychiatrists out there,is,is it possible for a psychiatrist to suffer from a disorder...if soe have NOTICED the obvious..again Iam not judging just observing...now with the vulnerable minds out there in this whole world it seems everyone suffers from narcissistic disorder or is sitting next to one... WATCHOUT WORLD.. THE MENTAL HEALTH IS INDEED IN A MESS...

Wouldn't the world be a better place if our government had a Dept. of Narcissistic Prosecution? Because what the narcissists do is criminal. I suppose the F.B.I. is the closest thing we Americans have to any formal narcissistic control. Then again, there's a need in the private economy for products that halt the spread of narcissism. It wouldn't he a pill, just as psychiatry and psychology are distinct branches of mental health. It would have to be a product that has the broad psychological effect of warding off would-be narcs like the cross held up to a vampire.... Any suggestions?
