Lucks plays a very pivotal role here sir. Most HR deny recognising these other field/domain experience and judge you as a fresher. Surely, they know you're working professional, but on paper, the difference between a unemployed fresher and a 1year working professional in insurance field, per say, is the same. I have worked as a sales person in a company for 5months, and now working in Satya Microcapital for 1month now (about to leave because of its intense working hours 13+hours). Whenever I apply, they deny accepting these as valid experiences. Market have drastically changed now. It's really tough. Switching from one field to another is akin to getting a new job as a fresher having career gap

Hi Supriya, yes you will get your dream don't worry. Even if you are in support project, trust me you are better than most of the people in market. Have trust in yourself.
