I've been teaching for 15 years, that's why I drink. Most of these videos you see before you are meant for my students, but you are more than welcome to view and comment. They are all mostly to get people started and aimed at the beginner. Remember, I usually make them while drinking beer and I need music on otherwise I go squirrelly. Also, you may hear my dogs in the background from time to time; fear not, I'm not being eaten.
This game was a ton of fun. I convinced my dad into buying me a CD copy when i was 12. We bonded over fun websites like worth1000 and i-mockery, and when Rog posted a review I had to check it out. Violence, irreverence, more violence, and a pretty good gameplay loop. I most enjoyed the characters/design and the various scenes with dialog, poking at cultural phenomena of the time. 10/10 when shaded with nostalgia
Been looking for this info on how to turn a curve into a guide in interactive groom. You are a real life saver. Thanks a lot for your trouble for teaching us!
Thank you, this helped a lot!! We're always solving the "moon boots issue" by setting the displacement scale from 1 to 0.010. That usually works fine :)
The scale is dependent on the distance. 0.01 works for close up but you should increase for far away. Example a huge 50 feet tall statue won't have displacement visible without a good scale.
@@BobMcafee Thank you for the reply! The problem is that teeth in blendshapes openJaw and openMouth look great. When I'm connecting Face Cap or Facemotion3D the teeth looks bad. Maybe do I need to fix some blendshapes? I don't understand why can't I edit teeth position in blendshapes.
@@malmol1953 Hmm... Remember that you can tweak per shape by going into edit mode in the shape editor and moving vertices and if need be making compound blendshapes.
@@BobMcafee Yes, I can tweak the shape. That is a problem. Only shape. The teeth are seperate. How can I change the position of teeth. Maybe there is some problem with the pivot. The only set up of teeth position is positioning at the beginning? Right?
Amazing tutorial, it didn't help me at all but I feel that more guides should be made by people who are clearly a little insane, adds spice to the industry and kept me engaged.
Once I save to tiff and look to import into maya it is not found in the folder I saved it in. I checked the actual file and see the tiff file but in maya it does not become an obj.
