@@sabavatsrilatha4709 RLS is achieved through User Filter from the Server Menu. To test it, you just need to login to the server from Tableau Desktop, and on the bottom right corner when you click on your username, it will display the list of users on that server, select any user and you can see how the RLS is applied for them. I think I showed this in Tableau Server Video.

used { FIXED [Customer Name]:COUNTD([Region])} I have used hardcoded value as 4 in the calculation for boolean... [Custregioncount] = 4 if it matches with 4 count regions then true....anyways thanks lot for the scenarios madam
