I knew I forgot something the second I stopped recording. Let's talk about how you make your paid content visible but locked for other members who haven't yet purchased. When you're creating your paid product/group, there is a toggle switch to turn on upsells. It's not super intuitive because your 1st thought may be that the toggle means you want to add an upsell to the product you're creating. That's not the case though. What it does is make the product an upsell within the community, so everywhere someone might be able to access it (like threads & docs) will become visible to people who aren't in the paid product group. It will have a lock & when they click on it, they'll be prompted to buy. Please remember to 👍like, 🗨comment, & 🔔subscribe for more home biz productivity & Heartbeat community videos. The strategy in this video is simple. Create looping evergreen content that gives you a presence on multiple social media platforms. Then choose one platform to spend your time hanging out on & posting more time-sensitive & in-the-moment content. While this video can help you get your evergreen content taken care of, it's only one part of a larger strategy. The Monthly Viral Content Toolkit Club will help you with daily post prompts for your one social platform of choice, viral hooks, proven CTAs, community support, and more (for only $5/mo). mistydorman.com/contentclub
Here's how I got off the social media hamster wheel and how you can also be present on social media without running yourself into the ground or hiring a team: 1️. Schedule your evergreen posts on a loop (including posts that drive people to your blog/RU-vid/podcast) to all of the social platforms where you wish to have a presence, so you never run out of posts and you don't have to spend time daily trying to be everywhere. 2️. Bulk schedule out all of your holiday & special day posts ahead of time. 3️. Show up consistently on ONE platform with your spontaneous & timely "one & done" fresh content. Join my free workshop, where I'll reveal the exact strategy I use to create social media posts FAST and even put them in a recurring loop, so I don't have to keep creating new content all the time. You'll be able to implement right along with me and feel confident about your social strategy moving forward. 👉 Sign up here: mistydorman.com/30in30 👉 Don't forget to subscribe for more home business productivity tips.

Is there a trick to getting the timer to reset though? When I get to that slide, I want it to start at 15 minutes, not wherever it left off from the looping. Thanks!
Are you just experiencing this in your Canva dashboard or also in presentation mode? If it's happening in presentation mode, what would be the reason for moving back to that slide multiple times? I think it should always start fresh the first time you land on the page in presentation mode.

👉 Grab your free Heartbeat Admins Resource Guide for more helpful tips like this: mistydorman.com/hbguide Since recording this video, Heartbeat has added courses, payments, and made a ton of improvements. I am using and loving this tool.
**Please note some of this has changed as Heartbeat DOES now have landing page capability if you're using a custom domain. 👉 Grab your free Heartbeat Admins Resource Guide for more helpful tips like this: mistydorman.com/hbguide
👉 Grab your Heartbeat Templates Pack here to drastically speed up your community setup: mistydorman.com/hbtemplates @ 3:38 in the video - if you can't find this in the share area, it looks like Notion has moved this. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner, then toward the bottom you should see a "Connections" section & Heartbeat should be listed there. This indicates your connection is active for the page you're on. If it's not there, you can click "add connections" & select "Heartbeat" from the list that pops up.
Currently, I believe you can only use /embed in threads & possibly courses. If you're just pasting a video link like a RU-vid, you can do that almost everywhere & have it show up as embedded.
Hi, Is it possible to create different groups under one community and dont see each other? For example, the weightloss group and then the other group is freelancing group..
Yes you could. They would both be under the same community/business name & logo (upper left corner) & use the same community URL. Also anyone assigned as admin or moderator would have those capabilities on the entire community. If the groups are super different & would never overlap, it usually makes sense to keep them as separate communities.
HI there! I found your video on how to remove people permanently but when I follow your steps I don't get the same thing that you note in your video. I am not getting the team settings options first of all and then I don't see the option to deprovision option. I click remove but then nothing else happens. I have not been able to reach Asana for help with this either. Any suggestions?
Thank you for this! I was SO overwhelmed and had to watch this video twice before I was brave enough to follow along, but I did and I'm all set up! It's working and I love that new members will get automatically added to my Airtable doc and welcomed with a direct message. This is so cool! Thanks, Misty!
I'm having difficulty with this. After I re-invite the person, I do not actually have the option to "remove" and "deprovision" them. My only options are "cancel invite" and "re-send invite".It's so strange that I'm not getting the same choices as you. Any thoughts?
My 5-day challenge went very well. I set it up in the courses area & was able to create awesome engagement by prompting them to post in the challenge channel using the "assignment" feature & offering a giveaway at the end for those who did their daily posts.
