I am doing masters MSc but I might be ending up getting 120 credits + with PG Dip... will I still get confirmation mail of "graduating and now you can apply for PSW" from University before my student visa expires in January ?

Bro can you give the update on sep intake 2024 about that we can change university and course after 6 month as i heard rules are changed which is consurnig for many student including me as my bba fee is £20500 for first year so for three years if can't pay that much money or my parents so what we should do. (Unconditional letter from University of Essex campus Southend)
