Is it needed to replace the supply pipeline for a new one or can you reuse the old one? I’m thinking of doing it my self because the mechanics here don’t have time for the coming 2/3 weeks. I can order the injector, ring and bolt but can’t find the pipeline

Hi can you help me please I've put a second hand engine in my 15 dci 2010 but with my snap on solus ultra I can get to the injecter codes all it's letting me do is check the injecters ar working now one of the people that I've had out to it say I need a Nissan merchant to reprogram Al is this true please please help me has iam well out of money or would you say scrap it cut my losses and get something else iam at the end of my tether with my 2010 Nissan quashqai please try help me the cac ant worth wot is stand me at now but I like it thanks Austin ps please let me know thanks

If you need direction to take off the air intake, do not attempt this job. Do not use an adjustable wrench on any machine. what does god have to do with it?

Very helpful, but that looks like a T-50. I'm assuming it's just a typo when it says T-15.

Use the correct size wrench

You are a perfect pig when using that type of tool to remove the diesel lene

Did you replace the hold down bolts?

Did you know that its not necessary to wait until its all carbonized and stuck? 20 euro for bolts and seals. Do it every 2 years as routine maintenance. Avoid the problems and the terrible cleaning. 30 to 40 minutes is all it takes. Without the carbon build-up its super easy. No special pullers or magic needed.

One question when installing the injectors, did the injector valve hit you?

Hi mate i put new engine on my sprinter om646 but the injector is different is delphi on new engine from c class 170 bhp mine was 105 bhp bosch injectors what you think works ?

I never saw a copper gasket come out in part 1 do you have to dig around for it

Is it necessary to reprogram the injectors if I only changed the washer and the nozzle of the injector? And also I'm interested if that can cause the the engine to shake excessively?

Hi' I have just had an engine fitted on my 313 sprinter. Mechanic has fitted new delphi injectors but wont start. Delphi say injectors have been scarred and are now knackered (won't replace them) have you or your followers experienced this , what could be the cause and do you know of a solution

Hi, I replaced the common rail in my 2014 Sprinter. I bled the system etc the van just won't start. It's been sat now for the best part of a year. Any ideas?

Yeah, the injectors are not coming at that easy.... Using slide hammer and and have gotten 2 of the 4 out.

u r avin a laugh mate. now is 2020 and my sprinter outside is 2006. none of the injectors want out. one injector clamp bolt snapped 15 thread turns down. Your trucks clearly newer.

I was testing these engines on the dyno in development . 24/7 . tuff engine. Sequential turbos were blowing silicone hoses in 24 hrs. Only prob was the vaccuum pump originally a pierberg that snapped camshafts. I believe a bosch one was fitted for production. The turbo control valve unit could break-Engine block was psv- peugeot citroen renault. Thrashed the nutz off it, but they resisted. :)

Mine has the early stages of Black Death 2014 313, leaking around 3rd injector back from front grille, I will find out if seized this weekend ? Could well be as prob got hot and deposits etc?
