Man, this is sad. I actually sadly never been to Disneyworld or Disneyland, but this one I really wanted to go to. The animatroc was really good. Hopefully its used for that new attraction
I really wanted to experience this ride when it opened in 2019 and I'm very sad that I never got the chance to do it. :( I am glad the experience is up on YT to watch, but it won't be the same. Kinda mad and sad about this but alas there's nothing any of us can do. :(
Why?! Just.....Why?! Actually I Do Know Why, Its for Three Reasons, 1, Its because of that New Cars Attraction that's Coming to the Magic Kingdom and Replacing Tom Sawyer Island in Frontier Land in the Future 2, Its Because of the New Announced Villains that's also going to be Coming to the Magic Kingdom and Also Replacing Tom and Sawyer Island in the Future. That's Why Lighting Mcqueen's Racing Academy is Closing and Being Replaced with this New Villains Show. Also the Other Reason on Why Lighting Mcqueen's Racing Academy Is Closing is because Disney is Going to Bring the Lighting Mcqueen Animatronic to the Magic Kingdom For the New Cars Attraction.
This is really sad, I think I’ve only seen it once at Disney. I hope the lightning McQueen animatronic will be reused for something else related to Cars at Disney.

racing academy was in Hollywood studios, and the off-road land is being added to magic kingdom. I'd suggest that maybe they're closing it to make more space in Hollywood studios, but that isn't the case, as the villain show is reusing the building
Yeah, I forgot to mention that. since it's just a show, it's not as big a loss as a ride closing, you can get a similar experience by just watching it online lol
