I’m keeping my flywheel stock but the clutch went out do I need to get the flywheel? I took it to Honda they said I only needed the plate and disc but I’m not sure if he looked at the flywheel it’s self ig I’m taking the risk I’ll see tomorrow will the plates work with oem flywheel?
You should have shown the cleaning procedure for the flywheel and pressure plate some mechanics do not get this just like you touching everything with your dirty hands especially the clutch disc please😢
Pretty much just install it, just make sure it’s unlocked before torquing it down. But I’d also get a type S oil pump kit while you’re at it as you’ll see a lot of the gains in the top end anyway
K sports is a trash company. I have been waiting on my refund for three months. They have told me numerous times 7-10 days. And now they don’t return or answer calls or emails. Not a reputable company at all. I canceled my order within a day because they didn’t have the coilovers. I wouldn’t trust them at all. Beware of what kind of company they are.
If you woulda took the hour and a half to remove the front bumper n shit the rest would come easy in a hour or 2. Especially if ur working on a fuckin civic bro😭 4 hours finished is a whole lot better than 6 hours and counting
for starters, don't buy from kseries. I'm currently going through a bank dispute with them because they sent me the wrong parts and claim that they are not in the wrong. Now with the actual coilovers, there is 2 versions, V1 has 32 way dampening while V2 is 25% stiffer and has 12 way dampening. It depends on what type of build you are going for, street or performance. From my experience there are better options compared to ktuned, the parts are good but for the price arent as good as its competitors. BC racings, fortune auto, silvers are much better, i personally am now going for CEIKA, its a more EU, AU brand that doesn't have much awareness in the States. Also goodluck and depending or not on this comment, it might get deleted since KSeries doesnt like me, they keep removing my negative "real" rating on these for their website.
can you be descriptive on 3 ways to turbo: 1 being take it to shop and tune, 2 being more cost efficient utilizing kpro v2 and their own preset tunes, 3 utilizing an old school mechanical way such as an fmu
Hey man the manifold should not need any cutting. You NEED the adapter kit to run this on a 9th gen. If you already figured this out and have done this to your car. Lmk because I’m in the process of piecing everything together to go fbo atm.
KEWL Thanks for the idea. You can also use a screw-driver insert and a box end ratchet and a little tape. One round of elec.tape and shove it into the wrench. It stays put and you DON'T drop your nut...🤔I subbed. Bill, from Tn. 🇺🇸
