A lot of ppl do it differently, but I think the way I do it is the simplest way. I just press db to duck, neutral (nothing at all) and he’ll start rising on his on, quickly do the b3 input. Go to practice mode and pick a character with a hellsweep or snake edge that staggers on block. Try it out. If the word “Punish” lights up that means you did it right. Hope that helps 👌🏾
