Very helpful video! For some reason I cannot adjust the door tilt as shown at 3:25. The screw just won't rotate at all, no matter how hard I try. Any idea how to fix that?

Have you ever used the Soss template to mortise this 212 hinge? I just recently made some test mortises in both pine and Poplar and I’m finding this hinge to very hard to push all the way into the mortise to sit flush. I’m using the required 42024 router guide and an Amana 51304 router bit. I can’t seem to figure out why the fit is so tight though. And ideas or thoughts? I’m wondering if I should use the Amana 46259S bit that has the double spiral cutters on it. Maybe this would produce a better cut.
