from what i've read on the internet, its a 150cc GY6B 2-bolt valve cover K-block? unsure if that is correct but it came out of a 2009 Flyscooters Cadenza
I believe new piston with rings new head gasket’s and new cylinder head , cleaning good the valves and area of the valves will do the trick and around the valves there are two pieces sealed valves by the valves springs part that if is bad it make’s the engine smoke I suggest valve adjustment at carburetor 00.8 , exhaust at 00.8 and very last consider your gas line is to far , those carburetor are gas hungry , take out filter then cover the hole carburetor filter side with your palm of the hand then crank engine ones it turns let it go it should work in the first try or second try But I will wait to see what you may find for the engine to failed
for the bolts that attach the adapter to the head: 20mm manifold to adapter bolt: 45mm engine intake bolt spacing: 53mm on center intake manifold bolt spacing: 45mm on center intake opening: 27mm this is the manifold I'm using: amazon.com/Glixal-ATKS-018-Performance-Manifold-4-Stroke/dp/B01HK1QZTQ (i don't really recommend it. had to do a bunch of milling to make it usable) i think PGO makes a carb intake manifold that bolts on... PGO PN: C72610500000 but i don't want to spend the money to find out I'm wrong
I have to give you a warning, red flag on the oil radiator you must install it when ready to start the engine reason oil most travel from one of those plugged hole to the other side to keep piston and head kool It happened to me before in another engine that úsese oil radiator it got damaged from piston and head thanks to the shop mecanic him thinking he could make a short cut and not use the oil cooler because he didn’t figure out where to put it on the scooter just giving you the heads up 😅
thanks for the heads up. If it fits, I plan to put the stock oil cooler behind the gas tank. If it doesn't fit there, I'll run a smaller oil cooler without the oil filter in the same location
Sorry, for liability reasons, I can't. Also, the castings for the amazon intake manifolds are super rough and inconsistent so the adapter has to be custom for each one to get smooth air flow
Hi there I have the complete blur 220i engine with the wire harness and I want to do the same swap to a ruckus can’t you add on your videos the do and don’t and also will need a video on electrical issues you may have and how to go around it to make it work if no parts available I ‘m looking forward for your complete project
For this project, I'm taking out the efi and will be using a Nibbi PWK 28 carb. Learning and recording as i go... i hope it works out. Good luck on your project
