That kid was not having it 🤣🤣Love seeing the streets of Toronto, I'm always looking at different houses and apartments thinking, "I could live there." The tower is pretty cool!
Yeah it's a neat tower and I saw they built it taller than they originally envisioned. There's a youtube video of the "concept" of this park from a few years back floating around.
Thank you for another lovely scooter ride! The weather is gorgeous there! It was roasting in Croatia and now I’m freezing now I’m home lol. That park area is rather cute. I think a livestream at sunset would be amazing from there, although I’d probably miss it with the time difference 🤣. I’ve been listening to Anita’s podcast and I’ve subbed! It’s great she has that channel now! I hope people will sub from your shout out! ☺️💜
Haha ah I guess it got cold in England now? I remember going there in September back in 2016 and it got pretty chilly there. Hoping Anita's new podcast does well :)
Thank you for this! I remember it was TIFF when I was in Toronto. I’m useless at recognising actors etc so I didn’t spot anyone in your video haha. That badge is awesome though! 😀
£3.50 for the Gadget badge is good 👍.. Thanks for another vid both. Loving them. Totally helps with the mental health Also, totally wouldn't queue that much for a pizza slice 🤣
Haha thanks! I'm actually really glad we found the Inspector Gadget badge. It's so cool and I think it's worth a lot more than she was charging for it :)
Cool as vid dude. Just discovered your channel after yesterday discovering your other channel.. Man that food court floored me. So hungry watching and as a T2 diabetic, totally need to up my meds just watching 😂 . Looking forward to catching up on your other vids on both channels. Cuba looks cool as
The woman was saying she charge in cuban pesos, she notice you don't have cuban national money, but you are right, she do not know how much was 800 pesos in dollars, the total you have to pay for the products you buy,,the other guy told her a 1 dollar bill now have a value of 300 hundred pesos, you have to give her 3 dollars and she will have to return you 100 pesos
Thank you for this lovely night walk around the CNE. It looks great and still lots of people there. That ride gets a whole load of nope from me. I don’t think anyone could pay me enough to go on that 🤣.
Yeah that ride is nightmare fuel to me 😂 I'm glad I got to go at night time at least once this year finally. Hope you're looking forward to your vacation soon!
@@readyeddie I really can’t do rides at all 🤣. Yes - really looking forward to the vacation. I usually start getting holiday clothes out a couple of weeks in advance but I’ve bot started yet. That’s a job for the weekend! ☀️🏝️☺️
Commie pinkwashing for those sweet, sweet 🏳🌈💵💰 from the same country that was still throwing us in solitary confinement prisons for merely existing about 5 minutes ago.😒 Incredible. Meanwhile their government begs the UN for relief as another food shortage grips the country and violent crackdowns on anyone daring to protest the dire situation remains de rigueur. Hey maybe Turdeau can fly down and drum up a little more negocio for the regime by waving around the rainbow flag himself.
Thank you so much Eddie for filming this! I’ve never been to Cuba but I have a friend who loves it! It’s like a step back in time seeing the lovely old cars! Interesting buildings too. I remember the early morning hotel and resort walk you did several years ago, but maybe that was a different part of Cuba. I hope you both have an amazing time. I’m off to Croatia next week, and I’m super excited as Anita is visiting me tomorrow for a couple of days! Take care and thanks again for sharing! ☺️💜
Actually I think that resort was near this town (though I was staying at a different resort this time). Hope you have a really good time in Croatia and the weather stays nice :)
Thanks Tanman. The CNE is our city's yearly two week fair we have in Toronto which has been running since 1879. Mind you it's not what it used to be (seems now like it's just a market for vendors to sell goods primarily more than anything). Whats missing is all the randomness that I remember from my childhood, like when they'd have a stand with new models of TV, and even had a preview of VR back in the very early 90s. It's still fun to visit though even if it doesn't capture the same nostalgia. Though there was always an air of sadness to it cause it means the last two weeks of summer were here, and the day the CNE was finished was when you have to go back to school
Thank you for showing us around the CNE again! I can’t believe how fast time is going, it doesn’t feel like a year since the last one! I’d have been straight over to those gorgeous dairy cows - I absolutely love them haha. I hope you both enjoyed it! ☺️💜
Thanks Sarah! Yeah time really does fly actually. Right now I'm in Cuba on vacation but hoping to go to the CNE next week before it closes and do a night walk video there.
oh how I love the lights of the cities at night... a few scary moments out there! it's interesting to see the road infrastructure from other parts of the world. is the bike lane "web" really developed in Toronto or is it only along a few main roads? also the main difference I see between what you show and my country is that here most of the bike lanes are a part of the pavement, not the street. as to the bed question: it depends on so many factors! if I live alone or with someone, if the bed is in a separate room or a part of a living area and so on... but if I had to give a quick answer then it would be a no😅 thank you for the ride, sending hugs!
Thanks for leaving such a fun comment to reply to :) Well, since the pandemic, our bike lanes are getting better. They have them on most of the main roads, but not enough of them. The city does good with a lot of decent east-west bike lanes, but north-south ones are a hit of a hit and miss when you go further east or west in the city. Sometimes they'll just abruptly stop and you have to find a safe route to get to the connecting bike path. Another think they do is just stick on a bike logo on some of the streets, and the bikes share the same lane as cars in the roads. This feels senseless and unsafe and just feels like a measure for the city to say "Oh, well we added bike lanes here!". I feel safer and much prefer the separated bikes lanes, preferably with physical dividers so cars don't go into the bike lanes. But there's only so much you can do with existing infrastructure to add bike lanes when some roads are so narrow.
I caught up on the rest of this stream this morning! I was sad I couldn’t stay for the whole thing, but it was great to be able to join your stream, and it was a fantastic scooter ride, Eddie! ☺️💜
I usually pre-record but doing live streams is better for viewer engagement (and bringing more people to your channel). I've been trying to do more live streams but I run into a lot of technical issues (my hotspot not working if I wanna use my DJI pocket, or the cell phone signal not being strong enough and making the video choppy if I'm using my iPhone to livestream).
Thank you for another fabulous walk Eddie! I love seeing properties in Canada - you have a completely different style to your homes and I love them. I agree that some new builds just don’t have the character or charm of the traditional homes, and prices are just crazy now for buying or rental. Haha - I’m so glad it was a coffee bean you saw and not what you thought you saw 🤣. I hope you both enjoyed your beers and have a great week ahead! ☺️💜
Toronto is unilingul and english only . The 2 official languages of Canada are spoken in the canadian capital of culture, architecture and 400 years of history Montreal . Also the greenest . I cannot order a coffee in french in Toronto and not even in Ottawa .
I really enjoyed this. Been dipping in and out whilst editing! 😀 I hope you can soon do a walk or ride to an area where you can film a long peaceful sunset, but maybe that’s more for your ASMR channel! Talking of ASMR it’s exactly 6 years today that my first video went live! Where did that time go? ☺️
What a fab Bazaar! I love these kind of things. The food smells are awesome! I hope your food was lush. I’d have been straight in for some of that Kulfi you passed by - I love it! 😋. Great to see so many people there too. Thank you both for this walk! ☺️💛
I wanted the kulfi soooo bad even though it's just basically milk and sugar hahah. At night time, we walked back, and there was quadruple the amount of people there. I guess it's more of a night time think than a day time one.

Excellent Video Man! It's really cool to see videos of malls outside the US, that are harder for some of us to see. It's also nice to hear about malls people hold a little more near and dear to their livelihood!
Malls really helped you feel part of the current zeitgeist somehow as everyone was there actively a part of it. Who would have ever thought that we would pine for the good old days of the mall and what it represented and how it made us feel as part of our lives. Fond memories of a simpler time for sure. Good vid!⭐
