Musically, talented!! No Denying that!! However, once again he puts and wants everyone in heaven, but he Does Not use the song to Proclaim The Solution, which is The Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is the Gospel of Jesus that is The Power of God unto Salvation for Everyone who believes. Baptism doesn't Save Anyone. If you have rejected Jesus then Baptism in Water profits nothing. You go down a dry sinner and come up a wet one. Moreover, let's not ignore the fact that in this video they mix Christianity and The Nation of Islam. That does Not Work. They are contrary to one another. This does Not Glorify The LORD. You want yah niggas in heaven, but you are not presenting The Way, The Truth, and The Life in these "hymns", at least not the ones I've listened to thus far. No One comes to The Father except Through Jesus.
Isn’t this a “remix” to Samoht’s original song? I remember years ago when Samoht sang this and Kevin Carter did a duet playing the piano. It was a short clip but it was so amazingly beautiful!❤
What Tobe has just done is bring GOD into Rap successfully and respectfully he has done that. Through his songs he is not only speaking on GOD, but true heartache and hardship. Not about rumps shaking or materialistic things. He is speaking on things that matter. And showing other artist you can have a wife and family. But you have to uphold that commitment. I’m not doing no show or anything else that my wife and children cannot come to. He is sending a message that if you are the head of your house then you lead by example. Nothing or nobody comes between you, your wife and children not even fame. He is showing other entertainers and he is showing the world. This is how you do this. He is teaching and reaching people. He is doing activism through every move he makes.❤️🙏
Much respect for Tobe for This remake of Samoht's "I'm Not God." I also love how he Showcased him at the start and the end! For those who haven't heard the original version from Samoht, I invite you to listen to that version also!
I have always Loved this song. Now this remix is FIYAH . 😔😔😔😔😔😔 I have given up on some people. I have to leave them in God's hands. I can relate to this song. Lord have mercy !!!!
All of these millionaire preachers speaking word in multi-million dollar buildings to suburban families who’ve arrived in their $70K SUV’s across the suburbs of America while people in these “hoods” Tobe rightfully glorifies live in need of basic social services and connections to opportunity. The irony that Jesus’ word is found alive in this song and largely absent in all of these suburban churches that stand for the demonization of people in need like the Haitian immigrants in Springfield or the Black communities spread all over our nation. Judgement day will carry major surprises for those in these suburban pews if they don’t wake up to the needs of their brothers and sisters.
