For what you're getting for the money, it's pretty decent. My 7 year old was able to enjoy drifting straight away with it. Plus it looks cool and has pop up lights! 🤣👍😁
🤣 Ah yes, I remember, your little crawler with the turbo out the bonnet was awesome. 👍😎 Was nice chatting to you too. 👍 I saw you bought the Bushido too, bet your Mrs was happy! 🤣😬
Do you mean my green Unimog or the Mograt build? I'd say the K10 is better out the box hands down tbh, only downside is the longer wheelbase can cause it to get hung up more. Personally I prefer the Unimog though. 👍
I'm new to the hobby, was not expecting that dip in the water at 4.5 minutes, is this rig waterproof out the box or is urs modded? Thanks, great driving
@@DoURC good to know cheers, when I used to fly racing drones we would cover our electrics in conformal coating, brushless motors are naturally waterproof, but I don't know if brushed is any different
When you make something so durable you will get some crazy breaks like the chassis already breaking but when the energy can be pushed towards a singular screw for the shocks that's a win cuz instead what are you going to break The shock Tower? Or a screw that you can replace??!
Congratulations on the video! Just a question: this shift between speed 1 and 2 requested through the button on the controller, how is it done in the pickup truck? Is there a second servo (besides the steering one) that performs this speed change inside the differential? Thanks in advance... 😉👍🏻
Thank you very much!!! 😃 👍🏻So, if the stock electronics are replaced in the future with a Futaba system and GT2 receiver (for example), and a new 20A brushed ESC, will the maximum acceleration provided by the new controller and ESC automatically be equal to speed 2 (the fastest) of the stock electronics?
@gargermaxpower2408 Yeah that's correct. 👍 Basically the stock electronics are just limiting the throttle, so say one speed is just 75% throttle and then the second speed is 100% throttle. 👍
Can't wait to get ours these are going to look insane on our indoor minicrawler course. I think where even going to do a reactive terrain camel trophy 🏆🤘🤘
Thank you for this review i absolutely love these, fantastic video. Downside is i now miss my old disco 1 😆 (damn moneypit) i definitely gonna get this disco
Thank you for watching and commenting. 👍😁 🤣 Now you're going to have to buy this and another real Disco! Good luck explaining that one to the other half! 🤣🤣🤣😬
I think the body proportions look fine, the wheels are definitely too big on the Defenders though. For me the Disco and Rangey are the best and something we don't have. 👍
Yeah, the wheel track is wider on the FCX24, but maybe stuff can be swapped. Personally I think I'd prefer keeping straight axles but maybe just some low down weight. 👍
