Ok second option just for name sake anu. Ok actual reason might be as below " If while joining a company your basic salary (wages) is less than 15000 then while depositing pf, employer share should be divided in two categories and one part should go for the pension section. Sometimes the employer miss that part, check ur passbook and see if there is epf entry. If not, visit employer and inform the same, only they can clear it

Sir, my husband died beforctwo months. We are living in the ancesral house of the husband's mother who dided in 2021. The house is mortgaged to cooperative bank for loan and in stage of 14 (2 ) Norice. Husband sister wants to pay the loan of 23 lakh if we want continue in the house and i have no income to repay. Can the bank leave the house from possession ? Adequate land is available other than the house availabe to clear the bank due. Wil the bank posses the house ?😢
I am sorry I don't have sufficient info in this stage. But as per my understanding if loan is taken for the house then bank will posses the house only. We can sell the land and close the loan, I think consulting with a lawyer will be the best thing to do.

See if u join epf and eps then contribution should be deposited on every month. There are two reasons for this, either ur employer did not give eps contribution, u need to consult with ur employer for this, the second one is probably not the actual reason but still , it means there is no bank seal or Signature in ur passbook

For name change only passport or gazette order is considered as proof. You should write a letter to RTO for name correction along with the proof. Once RTO approves , the details will be changed online. Now to get new RC you need to one more transaction preferably address change, u can use same address, no problem. So when new RC comes it will have proper name

Sir, ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് പ്ഫ് ഫുൾ withdrawal പോർട്ടലിൽ submit ചെയ്തു.. പക്ഷെ employ name ന്റെ സ്ഥാനത്തു employor name ആയി പോയി. അതായതു ഫോമിൽ payee name എന്റേതാണ് വരേണ്ടത്. പക്ഷെ വന്നത് കമ്പനി നെയിം ആണ്.. പോർട്ടലിൽ submit സ്റ്റാറ്റസ് ആണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത്.. എന്താണ് ചെയ്യുക..
