God bless you man. But 90% of these movements are doing nothing to improve your boxing. None of strength work will transfer to boxing movements. Do your basic gym exercises with high intensity and your overall physical strength will improve while transferring when your boxing specific training. I made there same mistakes, sparring partners said I slowed up and didn't hit as hard. alot of NFL coaches have caught onto this. Check out the research.
