Well, making the excess sweating stop within 2 days was so much more than I expected, I went with what I talked about last week and after the first day or so I was very surprised to start feeling much more comfortable and dry! I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and my self-confidence has never been higher!
I have been total bladder incontinent for years. Now I am starting to loose some bowel control but not daily just once in while when I am more than 5 or 10 min from a toilet and having diarrhea. I use the seni super plus pull up During the day a lot of times. It is very absorbent for a pull up. I have not ever found a better pull up. I like to use a extended wear diapers when really going to be out in public not near good "PRIVATE RESTROOMS" I hate changing in public restrooms. And seni does make good fitted briefs or diapers as I am not ashamed to call them what they are and I have used them several times. But I am personally not a fan of clothback diapers for a few reasons. The best way to prevent leaks is a snug fitting extended wear diaper. The problem is no matter how snug you put a cloth back diaper on, they Stretch and loosen around the velcro tapes. Not just Seni brands but all brands. In a way the more absorbent the product the worse it can be as they get heavy when full and start to snag. They get loose around the legs and waste and then they simply can leak. The other issue is when they do leak the backing gets wet. Even a minor leak, then the outer cover holds that moister rubbing it on the inside of my groan. A plastic back if it leaks is wet for a min but it drys and does not keep the wetness against the skin rubbing. I have found plastic backs don't loosen and sag as easy. But the best plastic backs I have found have a landing strip that is reinforcing the front panel like the Total dry X plus or NorthShore Mega max. The 2 products I use the most for extended wear diapers. The backing strip and wide tapes they never loosen. I am a very active person and these kind of diapers stay on tight. They also are better at holding smells in in the event I have a Number 2. I use Megamax at night and total dry most the time during the day and my skin stays dry and healthy because just like the seni products they draw moister away and lock it in. Air flow helps but your products are plenty absorbent enough and very affordable. I tell my wife all the time I wish Seni would make a good plastic back diaper. Many people like me was incontinent long before clothback diapers was ever a thing. We prefer the plastic back diapers. I do love the seni super plus pull up but I often just need more than a pull up can provide. I think all of your products are well made. The filling never clumps up and falls apart like other brands and they never come apart at the seams like others I have tried. I have many positive things to say about seni and I recommend them to folks looking for a affordable good diaper. I use to change 6 to 8 times a day and somedays with the ones I wear now it is as low as 2 never more than 3 unless the diarrhea gets me. So I do not mind paying more for the highest of quality diapers that I trust. I could most likely get by with 4 or sometimes 5 changes a day with your super fitted diaper but I feel if I had a plastic back version of the quatros i could be a 2 or 3 time a day diaper for me and still stay tight when active. I do not say this downing your products because you are a great company with great customer service and you have sent me samples free of charge. I will only by your pull ups. My wife is starting to have bladder problems beyond what a pad can handle and she is no using seni pull ups as well. I honestly mean this as a constructive way to tell you how you could improve by adding a plastic back diaper to your line up. I have been in several incontinent support groups and most people with bad total IC want plastic. We accept it is called a diaper and looks and sounds like one. We just want the best product they we trust beyond a shadow of a doubt. Take this as you will and thanks for listening to me rattle on.

@@SeniUSACares Thank you for the reply back it certainly means a lot. I understand the thought behind the cloth backing. But As a real life active incontinent user the plastic back fitted diapers work better. Also they keep the smell of a bad poop held in much much better. I just had a bad Number 2 coming home from breakfast at a local dinner this very morning. I was so glad I wad my plastic mega max on that contained a large loose soiling. I had hardly any smell until removing when I got home. I am sure the bulk of your customers in long term care facilities the clothback are great. I strongly urge you research on maybe some other companies incontinent sales of cloth vs plastic or even do a survey on your own customers. The market could really use a few more affordable extended wear plastic backed diapers that do not clump or fall apart like the abenas and a few others do when active. You have a amazing core and top sheet on your diapers. I think you will be surprised how many people prefer plastic backed adult diapers. I am not suggesting changing anything you are doing now but rather make another option for active people with total IC with tall leakguards.. Again thank you for considering or at least hearing me ramble. I know you have great customer service and good protection. I would love it to be great protection for active TOTAL incontinent folk. You do not need to respond as you have already. I just honestly think you make about the best cloth adult diapers on the market hands down. I would love to see you make the best plastic back as well. In your experience what would you suggest when and how best ( gentle approach)when adding such a product for OWD or I should say “ slowly “ introducing or integrating such a product to a female who is continent but has some episodes of “ urinary Leakage “. Female wears her “ panties “ as she refers to them but lately has been double layering and etc . She is a very private person and is one in which such a topic would be offensive to her etc . Perhaps a video on introduction to such products would be most helpful.thank you.
