She really is a human. Maybe because of her we'll find out there are other humans in WNBA. There must be more than 1. There is def a lot of things that arent human in the WNBA.
The whole Caitlin Clark brouhaha clearly shows that some times being second is a really good thing. Open up RU-vid and you see Ms. Clark on every line. Meanwhile Cameron Brink, 6'-4" blonde, is just going about her life.
The NBA keeps throwing money into the worthless expensive WNBA. What a farce, the Clark thing is a fad farce and soon no one will be watching again, except to see who hits' Clark. Maybe when LeBron retires he can play in the WNBA?

With all the drama CC just stays classy and gracious and plays basketball, adjusting to a new team that isn't very good and a league that doesn't seem to want her.
You know what the Ballsy move would be? If CC were to show up at the Olimpics and conspicuously cheer on the Team USA that Snubbed her. That would turn her into CCC Classy Caitlin Clarke. She is already Classy. This would write that in stone.

When selected to the Olympic team as players who had 0 games iof NBA, experience Shaq, 'zo & Laettner were not top 15 players yet either. It was however the right move.
Catlin Clark's time will come. She just came off a college championship then right to the WNBA. And I think she should just finish the WNBA season, take some time away from basketball get some well deserved rest. Then come back stronger than ever next season. As for the Olympics her time will come for her to shine in the future. Her future is brightest before her. Keep your chin up Catlin ok?
The whole thing about “PRO-frssional” athletes playing on an Olympic team which is supposed to be for amateurs, or at least for non-professionals. How the NBA players and now WNBA players are playing on the Olympic teams seems to be a travesty.
If the U,S, women's basketball team loses a game, or the gold medal, because they missed a three point shot. Clark not being there, will be an even bigger question.
Honestly I don't think Clark should have been selected for the Team USA roster. She's a great player already but a rookie and barely started her professional career and believe the selections were made months ago. Will she be a future Team USA member? Most likely but let her build on her professional career before moving onto a Team USA appearance.

I do think Clark took a proper position against these negative views. Does she have a responsibility to be a activist? I am unsure if that's what she should do at this time. Not everyone can be an activist. She just wants to play basketball. I think as long as it's clear she's against the negativism and reinforces her stance when the negative shows itself, that is adequate for now. Yes, it would be better if she did more. But, right now, she is dealing with the pressure of not being as effective of a player as she was in college. People thought that she would instantly lead her team to victory and show signs of being the greatest of all time. That's a heavy load to carry. She may never get close to being that player, but she certainly has star potential. Basketball is her life, and she wants to work toward being the best player she can be. Only after she is in a good place as a player can she be a true activist for the league against the negativism. You have to be right in yourself before you can truely give yourself to others.
Taurasi was a rookie and took the spot of a veteran on her first USWNT and her stat line was similar to CC’s today… and CC’s stat line is better than Taurasi’s is this year. So tell me again why CC is not on this team but DT is???
lets ignore the pettiness of the WNBA and the concerted attack on clark and let the WNBA fall into obscurity. i am not watching neither WNBA nor the U.S women basketball team. if you looked at the type of women in the WNBA.. they are not really that good.
