Here’s the jist of it…ESPN’s major investment into SEC Saturday nights is getting drubbed by Colorado. Colorado/Nebraska had better viewer ratings than Tennessee vs NC State. CU/CSU will draw more viewers than Georgia vs Kentucky highly competitive 13-12 nail biter. CU vs Baylor will draw more viewers than Tennessee vs Oklahoma. The other networks are putting Coach Prime’s Buffs up against ESPN’s SEC Saturday night window and besting them in TV ratings. I’ve got bad news for ESPN. Colorado’s D is much improved. They gave up 34.8 points per game last season. So far this season 18.6 points per game. The buffs lost 5 games by a score or less in a very good PAC12. Do the math. It’s gonna be a very long season ratings wise for SEC Saturday on ESPN as this Buffs team is gonna win 8 games. ESPN will hate on Prime and it will only drive viewership up for CU.
