It would have nice to show the switch that operates them as I accidentally turned mine on and flettened the battery lol. My mechanic thought i was stupid and rightly so just trying to help people that have similarly messed up by not knowing its the dimmer switch
Would you happen to remember the torque spec you used on pressure plate, I did not check for free spooling before i put it in, guess it all coming back out soon it free spooling constantly. Thanks for the video give me some inspiration.
Mines almost stock too lol. 03' Crown Vic Police Interceptor is all stock!!! Well except the Ls3/6L80E thats going in it lol. Its a project with my grandkids. Burnouts and ice cream. Maybe a few light to light lol
I would not recommend this as the plugs stop the oil flow to the afm lifters witch have a spring and will end up collapsing a full afm delete would be your best route but the obd2 disable does keep it from activating but still leaves you with the lifters with springs that tend to fail over time
Ya I miss that truck to the torque converter went bad I sold it to my buddy he sold it and I actually just came across it on market place a few weeks ago looks way different tho but it's still out there so that's kool and me my boy wife and 4 girls are all doing well just wish I had more time for videos and content
@pedroenielrivera there a big brake kit from kei Fabrication uses a spindal adapter and a crown vic 5 lug hub and pad then a ford explorer master and calipers I have another video watch big brake kit
Long story but I worked as a care provider for mentally challenged ppl at that time and the client I worked with wanted to paint nails so we did unfortunately I filmed this the day after.
The brake booster is still factory 1990 mazda b2200 and the master is from a 2000 Ford explorer but that only works if you get the adapter spacer from KEI FABRICATION on Facebook who makes the spindal adapters for the big brake kit.
Excellent! Thank You! I read the instructions and observed the dark blob of a photo that did not help. I watched THREE other QA1 videos that droned on and on about ride height. NONE - including the factory videos - really showed how to assemble this thing. 2 minutes is perfect. Thanks.
The 03 mazda is already 5 lug the 91 I used a ford explorer rear and a kei Fabrication spindal adapter kit uses crown vic wheel hubs and rotors and ford explorer calipers and brake master
Nice little truck! How’s the ride quality after lowering it though? I want to lower my ‘99 Ranger a couple inches to give it the right stance with the bigger wheels & tires I put on it, but effecting my ride quality is my main concern since it’s my daily that I’ve put a lot of time & money into. Thanks in advance!
I slammed mine it was a 7 inch rear 5 inch front rode like a brick had no travel but if your just trying to lower it a cuple inches it should not effect your ride to bad I no longer have this truck the trans went and I sold it to focus on other projects but it was fun I dalied it for over a year was great
I'm using forged btr +2 cc flat top pistons also the only difference between then lm4 and the l33 ss 5.3 is flat top pistons and 799 heads with a larger cam and that's basically what I'm building is a l33 but I want just a little less compression ratio then that so most likely looking for 317 heads and I will have them milled down I want 9.0 to 9.5 :1 is what I'm looking for I can make up for that 20hp the 706 heads give me with more psi and I can do it more safely 😉
Unfortunately I no longer have it sold it to a friend after the torque converter went bad I was going to manual swap it but decided to move on to any project
Nope not at all I would recommend trimming or flaten the body at the closest point to the shaft at ride hight shaft will hit the body if you try to haul anything 😉
Exelente proyecto amigo, te veo desde culiacan Sinaloa Mexico , me encuentro haciendo el mismo proyecto, como lograste que tuviera 5 barrenos la rueda delantera?
Hey man searched through all of your past videos looking for what trans and what not you used for the rwd srt4. Tried to find you on Facebook but was unable to find your account but that post was from a year ago🤷🏼♂️ if you’d be willing to explain or atleast what trans, bell housing, clutch and flywheel you went with that would be awesome! Anything helps!
Cosmis racing wheels and there 18x9.5 +10 fronts and 18x11 +8 rear have to run a 15mm front spacer to clear the hub it's a 7 inch rear drop and 5 inch front
