Hey, thanks for the comments. It's funny that you say that because usually I'm the boring dude trying to keep it somewhat serious and G is the one kidding, telling jokes and all of that. You've probably found the only few videos where I didn't want to play the adult one here in the studio. 😅 On another note, if you want much more serious videos, watch the ones where we're alone in front of the camera. You'll definitely not get any jokes there, just facts, tips, playing and subjects that we found interesting to make a video about. Cheers //Kris
Hi, thank you for the really useful videos that you post. There is though an option for using the Katana as a power Amp that is confusing me according to answers from Thomann and the internet community. Connecting to audio interfaces. I bought a 50 gen3 from Thomann a week ago and I am trying to figure out how I can use Katana as a Monitor for my portable iRig HD2, so that I can also use Amplitube when I am practising. The iRig has two options for sending audio, the most suitable for monitoring (according to the manual) is from the headphone out (stereo). So, can I use a 1/8 stereo to 1/4 mono jack that I saw in Thomann to connect my interface to Katana? I mean, that's what power amp in does, am I correct?

I love that philosophy and it’s so true, using what you have to the best you can is far better than just throwing money at something hoping it’ll make you sound better. These guys are great
Tim henson ini ganteng, model rambutnya kuereen, tatonya banyak tapi jatuhnya nambah keren meningkat beberapa kali lipat. Nih anak asli keren keren keren banget ngeett
The baby Vox is a great Brit sounding amp... that sweet but pierceing recorded tone with breaking up only a Vox can do...goes so loud for so few watts....brilliant
Watching them talk about presets and just wanna say how annoyed I am that the G.O.A.T preset on Tim Henson Archetype does not sound like G.O.A.T at all ... like wtf???
I feel you but don't forget what Scott said, your rig / monitors will sound different than theirs. This is true for the guitar and the pickups as well. On top of that - and this might be the biggest factor - when you listen to the song you're hearing a produced version of his original guitar tone. It's almost always true that what we hear on an album is pretty far from how the guitar actually sounded in the room thanks to all the post-production, EQ, effects, etc. 🤷♂️ //Kris
@@ThomannsGuitarsBasses I understand what you are saying. But even if all of us bedroom guitarists like to pretend to be Tim/Scott ... I don't think anyone expects to have the tone 100%... but at least have it be close enough. I agree tone is in the fingers and all that, but the G.O.A.T preset is way off. At first I thought it was just me but with a google search I found other people sating the same thing. Anyway, anyone interested in the Tim Henson Archetype... go for it, it is great and I don't regret getting it.
My theory on this has always been relative to the tremolo springs tension and if they always return to 100% after being under tension. I’ve even researched different spring materials but most springs are pretty much similar in production and materials, so who knows?
