I started playing in Wrath of the Lich King, before taking a long break for life and coming back in Battle for Azeroth. I have been absolutely hooked ever since. The content here will be primarily directed at helping folks find their way through a game that has seen patch releases for almost 20 years now! There are a ton of things to figure out in game and I want to help out. I hope you will follow along and your support is greatly appreciated.
I was like "damn, those are some solid descriptions" than I realized they were the in - game descriptions haha. Either way, solid rundown for newer players.
It's a pity this class is kind of divisive among the playerbase, in my case, in particular, I loved finding out about monks beyond some random wow art pieces and warcraft 3, It was very intriguing, and mist of pandaria made me interested on wow again after a long while, I loved the lore and cinematics and I think pandaren were awesome even if they started as a joke, they're as awesome and valid just like with goblins and gnomes, they're fun.
I love this video, it's really well made, entertaining and to the point, the animatics and the little lists of info are a really nice addition to the video that really improved it, it could easily be considered an official introduction video and it's amazing, thanks for your work!
Thanks to everyone that has watched and commented! I want this content to maintain relevance as the universe expands, so I plan to re-upload if there are major changes to a base class (e.g/ role conversion) or a new class is added. When that happens, I will also fix any minor issues as well. Please let me know in the comments if you see something that is missing or off in this iteration and I'll be sure to fix that when those major changes happen as well. Very nice video the parts where you show cinematics of classes in universe are a great touch that most "showcases of classes in wow" lack. Most of them don't focus on the "feels" and "vibes" of the class while those little cinemtacis made me want to play basically every class, good job.
@@LichlordKazam About the ret spec or paladin in general? Ret received what is probably the best rework of any spec in Dragonflight, in my opinion. Prot and Holy have had their moments this expac too.
@@Shoruswl I don't understand how to retri can be fun. You literally only have four buttons. And with the popular auto-attack build, there are only three. Explain how he can feels "good"?
Thanks! I have a couple projects that aren't class or spec specific that i want to get out, then I'll be working through each class hall campaign and then diving into the hero talent backgrounds. Hunter should be a fun one.
Hey Scabbed, Let me know what spells you wanna see from resto shaman and Ill incorporate it into the detailed spec video when i get around to it. Check out the others on the channel too. Always open to ideas and fixes for these as I want them to be persistent.
I do quite like the visuals and playstyle of the class in retail. There were a number of monk npcs in wow prior to Pandaria, but I can understand how Pandaria and the introduction of Monk as a playable class may not have been appealing to everyone.
Pandas always were part of the lore in WoW. They fall under the same category of funny wow shit as gnomes do. Idk why it's such a big deal for ppl to understand
Thank you! I really needed class introductions like this. Every other video explains which are the talents for season X of this Xpac and rotation guide. I just want to understand how does a class and spec work in general. However I would've liked a little bit more details in the video. not like a full on guide but just talk about their most iconic skills, gameplay style and their unique qualities compared to rest of the classes.
Great to hear this was helpful. I appreciate the feedback about a bit more detail and I am planning more in depth videos for each in individual spec in the lead up to The War Within Expansion. Those will go over the basic mechanics for each spec without diving into the nitty gritty of the talent builds, as that is constantly changing. Thanks for the sub as well!

It was actually difficult to find rogues doing things in WoW cinematics or cutscenes, I assume cause they are always in stealth! Anyways, if anyone has any leads on cool rogue cuts in-game, let me know.
