At 23:55 you don't need to change lanes at all if you want to continue towards the A5, you could stay in your lane as the signage also shows, trucks have to use another acces lane which starts from the rightmost lane, and it's like that exactly because otherwise it would be really dangerous for trucks to start changing 2 lanes while going uphill with 50 km/h.
