Ahhhh 1991.....such a fun year for The Sega Genesis & this classic game! The Golden Hawaiian Swordsman Dragon HIGHLY wishes there was a well built time machine so he can go back and play this timeless classic!🎮👍
Did you actually count through all the weird symbols? 😮 Not even I did that, this is quite possibly the first time I find out what my actual score was 😁
Finally I found this game, but I never play it because at that time I was still a child. My dad never buy a gaming console for us. I only watch my big brother's friend play it. Maybe this time I can try it? Playing this game on emulator
That's not possible, the level data has been extracted from the game through reverse engineering, and I can assure you there are no levels beyond 100 in any of the known dumps (Slider and Skweek).
IN POP CULTURE. In the movie FX 2 from 1991 the game appears on the list of games a police officer searcher for on a disc during a house search. It's around the 32:50 movie time
My grandma bought me this game when I was about ten years old from the local Variety Store, that was named G.L Perry. I recently found it again at DK Oldies, and I can go back to that time, at least in theory.
I am perhaps the longest continuous player in one game on this version of Tetris. Switching from NES Tetris to here was a bit discomforting, because this game started a really bad trend - only being able to rotate in one direction at a time. Can you guess my record?
Hey nineko, I think you don't remember me, but I'm the guy who was looking for the vgm for Sonic 1 Remastered. I tried to talk to the creator of the music and unfortunately his connection was too long... Is there a way to extract the vgm from the rom if it's possible? And if there are problems when doing it? I hope you're okay :)
It's always possible to record a vgm from any rom, it's not that hard, but it's not straightforward either, especially if you're not familiar with the procedure.
I'm not really familiar with it xd what I wanted was to extract the vgm files from the rom because I like to listen to them with looping, I've recorded them but they don't sound good, I'm unfamiliar
vgm files aren't extracted, they're recorded from special emulators (such as Fusion), I wonder if you indeed extracted the original smps files, which would require a separate player. I'd like to help you more, but I don't know what you're doing.
@nineko I have recorded the VGMs in Fusion, the only problem is that they take up a lot of MB and do not have looping, whereas the VGMs I downloaded take up like 100kb and have looping, they told me that the music files can be extracted from the ROM itself but that it is a complicated process, did I explain myself well?
