yo man! im the original artist (Visaj). :) 1210 Cups got deleted by me, but thank you so much for being so interested! I'll think about releasing it again then. :))
hahahah nice man!! honestly, the push1 is capable of 90% of the push 2. Its just prettier. You can do a lot with the push 1, once you check out the different buttons, especially with the shift button. just like a computer keyboard, its really awesome :)
I am doing a coding project for university and I had a similar idea for it. I am using the teensy 4.1 and trying to make a voice recording device (sampler) that can be input into a sequencer. Pretty much the exact same thing as this except instead of drawing you talk into it. If you have any information about it, like how you programmed the pitch change, or tempo change etc. let me know!
yooyoo, that sounds awesome! :) I have a series about building it! its not completly done but there is a lot of info regarding the coding of the sequencer and so on:)
yooo thanks so much! :) its a remix by S. A.M. Unfortunately I dont have the vinyl atm, I gave it my bro to spin it hehe. I will try not to forget it though and give u the exact track:)
this is wicked ! Aptly named. Is this track released so I can play it in a set? So you can switch to the drum rack to mute and control sounds as opposed to have the rack separated onto individual channels? I have a push 2 so would love to learn more on playing live :)
Thank you!! I'll release it probably in some months. :) Exactly, great eye, this was the test track for that idea. If you have more than eight channels, its a little bit messy to navigate through them with the cursor of the push. Instead, I reduced the amount of channels to just eight, but I have tracks with multiple audio loops going in parallel, for which I use the drum rack channel. You have to memorize certain patterns on when to trigger what, but it's still great and also its nice to have some limitations nowadays. :)
wiggy wiggy funky monkey ! Mate this is an absolute brilliant tip for groovy basslines. Thanks a lot can't wait to make some music with this. So to achieve a similar effect with another VST or ableton synths do you just load two ableton LFO and assign to volume? but what do you assign the second LFO to modulate the first LFO? Really enjoying your tutorials as it's exactly the kind of music I like to make :)
It's pretty good for getting a way around all the royalty-free dogshit stock music and create your own soundtrack for a podcast, narration or what else. Other than that though, it is pretty brainless and takes all the pleasure of making music to an algorithm.
