Who Am I? I never study agronomy, botany or horticulture course. In fact, I am electronic engineer major in microelectronics, working in a RF company. So up to you to trust an engineer evaluation on plants. I also love fishkeeping , photography , fine arts as well. As the channel name suggest, is all about exploration. At present , I focus to upload on plants first, and eventually when I have more times, I will branch out to other hobby which i enjoy sharing with you guys. My video upload will be slow, because each video may took months while the plants grow..
Keep in mind that your particular place will always be unique. You always need to trial and experiment at your particular location. Your best teacher is hand on! All plants will die, is just a matter they live longer than you or vice versa , so cheers and happy gardening!
Hello thank you for the video. I got 5 seeds that just sprouted this morning. I will plant them in a pot of seed starting mix, quick question, do I need to cover in a plastic container to give them a green house effect? Or can I just put the pot outside in a shady area? Please let me know, I am in Newfoundland Canada.
I love your channel. I love how you always show us how to grow things. I can’t wait to grow my own lemongrass. Thank you for showing this to me first one too.
Bro I also kept 14-15 mango seeds in the zip lock bag and yesterday I also added 3 jackfruit trees and 10-12 jamun tree in pack container Just 4 mango seeds are Grown Now I have to plant it Can you share me the correct ratio for Cocopeat - soil - cow dung so I can plant them into the pots
My daughters neighbor has a mango tree growing into her yard. I didn't know what it was at first. I assumed it was some type of fruit. I googled it cause it was green & not ripe. I touched one of the mangoes & it fell rigbt off the tree. So i decided to try growing a tree. It's rapped in a damp paper towel inside a baggie. Hopefully, it'll sprout so i can plant it. None of us really even like mangos they'll be good for smoothies or to share with family & friends. Is it true it takes years to get mango fruit ? I forgot how many years it takes, do you know?
I watched a lot of your videos I get completely hypnotised and excited by them. I’m learning how fertilisers can help during growth stages to produce healthier plants, the trimming (like your different varieties of melons growing is insane). It’s really motivating. Thanks again Tony for sharing your passion. It’s helpful and reassuring 😊
Is it just me or do those miniature gardening tools and spoons just add to the super fragile nature of these sensitive creations. That music is enchanting too. Thanks for sharing it looked beautiful
That was so satisfying to watch your 2 part series. We grew pineapples from 2 crowns. It was so exciting when they both started to flower same time. Anybody would have thought from our celebrating we were having our first child! You never forget the memory of your first pineapple. Takes time and the reward is huge!
@@TonysExploration the thought crossed my mind but I was super relieved and pleased to see you harvest and slice it. We never had the opportunity, the house was on the market and sold within 2 months, just as the cones turned to scales but we are certain those two pineapples contributed to the house sale! 🤣 I look forward to more of your videos. They are meditative and inspiring thanks again Tony.
Remember to check part 2, the same pot whereby I show the progress from flowering to fruiting. It is much easier to record a single pot rather than the whole field.
@@TonysExplorationagreed! It’s meditative. Gardening is much the same. You’re in silent communion. I love your videos ‘no waffle or info overload’. Concise clear transparency minus the fluff. I’m learning from you. Thanks for sharing your passion 🙌 keep em coming.
Induce? Nope that is why I pay the extra money and buy organic, they look better and last longer. Start my tree from top in water, then soil. She is doing just fine I'll wait patiently for her to produce fruit for me. 2 months in so far😊
I forgot about my plant i planted it with soil from my yard in a small pot and I took it out after a couple months but it never grew bigger but it has an impressive root system and I transferred it to a 16 inch pot now with good soil. It has been almost a week and a half. It has some new root growth and it is finally growing it leaves outwards. It had also grown little spikes on the leaves. Will my plant be stunted from being in a small pot for so long and not taken care of?
I never give any instructions on watering all my videos , simply because this watering is very much dependent on the weather and where you stay. The golden rule is always the same , keep the medium moist. The amount and interval is based on your judgement.
Nowadays , more and more persimmons are parthenocarpy variety, just like grapes and bananas. You need to source around different supplier or different variety
