Absolutely not true that runner is not out as the ball had already passed the first baseman who is a fielder and the ball was still in the air when it hit her no other person touched it prior to it hitting her. Had the first baseman not been playing in front of the bag they probably would have called her out seeing how the first baseman was in front of the bag the rule requires that the ball pass a filter other than the pitcher. And as long as the ball is still in flight, if the ball would strike the base runner she is not out and the ball is played as a normal ground ball. ner
The title should say Stafford highlight because you didn't show Tennessee playing at all. I can't believe a reporter of such organization would have this level of bias
Who would’ve known that this was Bill Walton’s last ever game called. I thought it was a travesty that he didn’t get to call the Pac-12 Men’s Title game weeks later. I saw him play when I was a small child in the mid 80’s, and for the remainder of my life after his 1990 retirement, he was an awesome color commentator. “Throw it down big fella, throw it down!” Or “That was horrible!” were some Bill’s signature sayings. It’s only fitting that as the Pac12 goes off to the sunset, that Bill goes off with his beloved Conference of Champions. What an awesome guy, and the youth of today only got a small sample of a great man. The Maui Invitational is going to be really different without Bill along with Dave Pasch calling the games.
Rule 12.1.4 explains why this was a fine call. It states that the hit player is allowed to try and advance if the ball got past a fielder before it hits a player or umpire (it got past the 1st base player) and if the ball couldn't have been fielded by another player.
When the PAC 12 turned their backs on the LA schools the PAC 12 lost its conference… Can’t have 2 schools carry the conference financially and want them to make to same money as Washington State…
@@live2av8 If Washington St AD at the time Mike Debos didn’t come up with the great dumb idea of the LA school equal revenue sharing with the PAC even though the LA schools always got paid more then the rest of the PAC due to the LA schools being responsible for half of the PAC revenue… If he didn’t have the idea of Washington St making the same money as the LA schools and if the PAC didn’t actually agree with Debos dumb idea then the PAC 12 would still be hear cuz the LA school would be getting enough money to keep them happy…
@@live2av8 We see how that worked out for Washington St and the PAC 12… Moral of the story don’t let your bottom feeders get in the way of you blue bloods the bottom feeders will lose every time WSU should have shut up and enjoyed the ride everyone is not equals…
you think UCLA, the athletic department that is literally broke like no other, carries the conference? this is why no one gives a shit about that stupid argument, LA schools thinking no one else is worthy of anything. LA GREED! FUCK LA
I was at the game. That first home run came at a big moment. I’m not a USC but definitely pulling for them after the excitement they brought to that game.
Great job Roxy blame on pac-12 commissioner president and athletic director didn’t save pac-12 it sad shut down for good and why did make on RU-vid tv don’t make cent. That why ESPN went low ball pac-12 after usc & ucla to big 10

It was manufactured and marketed by Mercedes-Benz in sedan/saloon (2007-2014), station wagon/estate (2008-2014) and coupé (2011-2015) bodystyles, with styling by Karlheinz Bauer and Peter Pfeiffer. The C-Class was available in rear- or all-wheel drive, the latter marketed as 4MATIC. The W204 platform was also used for the E-Class Coupé (C207).[10] Sub-models included the C 200 Kompressor, the C 230, the C 280, the C 350, the C 220 CDI, and the C 320 CDI. The C 180 Kompressor, C 230, and C 200 CDI were available in the beginning of August 2007.[11] The W204 station wagon was not marketed in North America.[12] Production reached over 2.4 million worldwide, and the W204 was the brand's best selling vehicle at the time.[13] Development In the summer of 2003, the development of the W204 C-Class used a "digital prototype", a 2.1 terabyte digital replica of the car, over a virtual distance of 15 million miles. An industry first,[citation needed] the digital testing allowed for crash testing before a physical prototype existed. The design of W204 was finalized in 2003 and a German design patent application was first filed on 9 September 2004, demonstrating a W204 fiberglass design model.[14] DaimlerChrysler introduced the W204 C-Class on 18 January 2007[15] at the 2007 Geneva Auto Show. Deliveries began in late March 2007 in almost all European countries.
just because the Pac12 network isn't any good doesn't mean west coast sports are dying. EVERY SINGLE WEST COAST SCHOOL THAT HAD SPORTS STILL HAS SPORTS!!!! didn't you take LOGIC in college?
Makes one wonder if OSU is saving its pitching for the regionals. And WHY is the tournament in Scottsdale and not someplace "fun" for fans to go like Vegas or San Diego?
